Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution including protocol development, site activation, and patient recruitment
- Ensure regulatory compliance through meticulous documentation and IRB submissions
- Manage trial budgets, vendor contracts, and investigational product accountability
- Coordinate data collection, CRF management, and database maintenance
- Train clinical staff on trial protocols and regulatory requirements
- Monitor adverse events and safety reporting per FDA guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR Part 812
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written communication for regulatory documents
