Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols for neurological studies
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants ensuring ethical compliance
- Manage regulatory documentation (FDA, IRB, HIPAA)
- Coordinate multi-site data collection and quality control
- Analyze trial data using statistical software (SAS, R)
- Present findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Maintain 100% audit-ready documentation systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience
- Expertise in neurological disorder protocols
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and electronic data capture
- Strong knowledge of GCP and 21 CFR Part 11
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
