Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of complex pharmaceutical experiments in drug formulation and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP standards, and international pharmacopeias
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for characterizing drug substances and products
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory protocols
- Prepare regulatory documentation and support IND/BLA submissions
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in drug formulation development, stability studies, and analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS)
- Proven track record in regulatory affairs and compliance documentation
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ICH guidelines
- Experience with biologic or small-molecule drug development
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
