Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol compliance and regulatory adherence
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure GCP standards are maintained
- Manage clinical trial documentation and regulatory submissions
- Liaise between investigational sites, sponsors, and ethics committees
- Analyze clinical data and prepare comprehensive study reports
- Mentor junior staff and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research experience in pharmaceutical setting
- Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) certification
- Deep knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional data management and auditing skills
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication abilities
