Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex clinical database architectures using SQL and R.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA).
- Analyze clinical trial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicians, statisticians, and IT engineers.
- Develop data visualization dashboards to track trial progress and key performance indicators.
- Lead training sessions for junior data analysts on database management best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management or biostatistics.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and clinical data systems (e.g., REDCap, Oracle Clinical).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
