Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat complex cardiovascular conditions using advanced diagnostic techniques
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with arrhythmias, heart failure, and vascular diseases
- Perform interventional procedures including cardiac catheterization and angioplasty
- Lead multidisciplinary care teams and collaborate with specialists across departments
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor medical students and residents in cardiovascular medicine
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic or clinical practice
- Active medical license in Minnesota
- Expertise in echocardiography, cardiac MRI, and advanced imaging modalities
- Strong research background with published clinical studies
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
