Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize conversion rates.
- Reporting: Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities, pipelines, and closed deals.
- Travel: Attend industry events and client meetings as required to foster business relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the tech or professional services industry.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on mutual benefit.
