Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK market.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high retention rates and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Presentation & Pitching: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to prospective clients, articulating the value proposition of our services effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development within the tech or consultancy sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Autonomy: Highly self-motivated individual capable of working independently while managing a heavy pipeline of prospects.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry networking events as required.
