Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities within target markets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine value propositions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- A self-starter mentality with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Valid UK work authorization.
