Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market research, networking, and social selling.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking pipeline and forecasting.
- Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation tactics and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Industry: Strong background in SaaS, Technology, or Professional Services.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to large audiences.
- Closing: Demonstrated track record of closing complex deals and meeting aggressive targets.
- Tools: Proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
