Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to refine sales collateral and messaging.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including SPIN or Challenger.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
