As a Business Development Manager, you will be the architect of our market expansion strategy, identifying key verticals and forging strategic partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute outbound strategies to identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects within target industries.
- Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing complex enterprise contracts.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to ensure client retention and expansion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is looped back to product development.
- Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasting data in CRM tools to drive revenue targets and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Track Record: Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and a documented ability to close six-figure deals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Autonomy: Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
