Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting revenue, and ensuring all quotas are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the B2B sector.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Autonomy: Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
