Responsibilities
- Manage and lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Provide high-level legal advice and strategic counsel to clients on commercial matters and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Oversee the work of junior associates and paralegals, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate Law.
- Strong academic background (LLB, LLM, or equivalent) and excellent communication skills.
- Membership in the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and due diligence processes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
