Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of transactional documents, including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and ancillary agreements.
  • Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations and synthesizing findings for clients and senior attorneys.
  • Assisting in the structuring and execution of complex M&A transactions, private equity investments, and joint ventures.
