Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft complex corporate agreements and memoranda.
- Counsel clients on corporate governance, securities law, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client matters efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, or securities litigation.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
