Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations of the HEADS-UPP and SLeEP Programme
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of preschool health programmes
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community partners
- Monitor programme performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage resources efficiently to optimize programme delivery
- Conduct regular assessments of programme effectiveness
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Identify and address challenges in programme implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in programme management or healthcare coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in healthcare programme implementation is preferred
- Knowledge of preschool health and development principles
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
