Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of applied research experience with published papers in ML/NLP/CV
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
- Proven ability to translate theoretical research into practical implementations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for ML deployment
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
