Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange complex travel logistics
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee office inventory management and coordinate vendor relationships
- Process expense reports, invoices, and payroll documentation with precision
- Implement and optimize digital filing systems for compliance and accessibility
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate special projects including event planning and departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience with office management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP, MOS) preferred
