Responsibilities
- Design and implement eye-catching visual merchandising displays that drive sales and enhance brand identity.
- Collaborate with the buying team to align merchandise placement with seasonal trends and promotional calendars.
- Train and mentor store associates on visual standards and merchandising techniques to ensure consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute stock replenishment strategies to maximize product availability.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize store layout and product presentation.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the retail floor and back-of-house areas.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with corporate visual guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Design or Marketing preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise (up to 30 lbs).
