Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from pre-production planning and scouting to final delivery and archiving.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-resolution video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Operate professional cinema cameras (ARRI, RED, Sony FX series) and complex lighting setups.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and marketing team to refine concepts and visual styles.
- Manage post-production timelines, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Conduct on-site shoots for interviews, events, and commercial productions.
- Maintain and manage the studio’s inventory of equipment and gear.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Proficient in industry-standard software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and technical proficiency in camera and lighting.
- Deep understanding of composition, color theory, and audio mixing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
