Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Create compelling visual assets for digital platforms, including web interfaces, social media campaigns, and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, typography, and color palettes
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into user experiences
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into projects
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design critiques to foster team growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments with design systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
