Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, ensuring seamless closing processes.
- Manage and mentor deal teams, providing oversight for rigorous financial modeling, LBO, and DCF valuation analyses.
- Act as a primary advisor to C-suite executives, delivering strategic insights and long-term capital structure recommendations.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying emerging market trends and crafting compelling pitch strategies.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality confidential information memorandums (CIMs) and management presentations.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and regulatory partners to navigate the complexities of deal structuring and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on M&A or Leveraged Finance.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closed transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $500M.
- Advanced mastery of financial software including Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and CapIQ.
- Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses are mandatory.
- MBA from a top-tier global business school or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the highest levels.
