Responsibilities
- Execute daily field visits to ensure timely collection of customer installments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Negotiate payment solutions with customers in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and ethically.
- Document visit results and update collection data accurately in the company system.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve payment-related issues or discrepancies.
- Achieve individual and team-based collection targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Deep knowledge of the Ambon area and its surrounding regions.
- Results-driven with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
- Experience in collections, field sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
