Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding technical products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues using established scripts and systems.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Escalate unresolved complex issues to senior management or technical teams.
- Meet daily and monthly KPI targets regarding call quality and handle time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
