Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized account growth strategies for enterprise clients
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources (technical, sales, product) to resolve client issues
- Analyze customer health metrics to predict and prevent churn
- Create and maintain detailed account documentation in Salesforce
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analytics
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level clients
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in customer health scoring methodologies
