Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and solutions accurately within the CRM system.
- Adhere to established quality assurance standards and call scripts.
- Collaborate with team leads and technical specialists to resolve complex escalations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company values at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Support environment.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
