Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and drive process improvements.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced work environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire for career growth and professional development.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Completed at least two years of college education or equivalent vocational training.
