Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to clients to resolve software or hardware problems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Senior Support Team or Engineering Department efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, software updates, and troubleshooting techniques to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company call scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent command of the English language (Written and Verbal).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule (including weekends and holidays).
