Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Analyze and optimize logistics routes using AI-driven platforms to reduce transit costs by 15%+
- Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies aligned with ESG goals
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP system integrations and real-time visibility tools
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with strategic partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (Customs, FDA, etc.)
- Present performance dashboards to C-suite stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization and demand forecasting
- Certification in APICS CSCP or CSCMP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Data analysis skills with SQL and Tableau
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade compliance
