Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from market research and supplier selection to performance evaluation and renewal.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to forecast material requirements and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Finance) to understand their requirements and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, legal regulations, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving cost-saving targets.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant professional qualification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
