Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure peak efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Design, implement, and enforce robust operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage financial performance for the operations department, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain logistics and reduce operational costs.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier talent within the operations team.
- Collaborate closely with the executive board to drive long-term strategic planning and business expansion.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing complex supply chain and logistics operations.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million dollar operational budgets.
- Expert proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and modern data visualization tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
