Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs and technical specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end IT project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and operational excellence.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through system enhancements or automation.
- Develop detailed functional documentation, process flows, and user stories for development teams.
- Bridge the communication gap between business units and technical engineering teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance post-implementation to ensure the delivery of high-quality business value.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to junior analysts and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in System Analysis, Functional Consulting, or IT Business Analysis, preferably in a tech-driven or retail environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise system implementations (ERP, CRM, or E-commerce platforms).
- Strong proficiency in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at a management level.
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
