Responsibilities

- Document technical processes and create user manuals for developed applications.
- Troubleshoot basic software issues and provide support for internal users.

Qualifications
- Active Undergraduate (S1) student majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must provide an official letter from the faculty/department confirming the internship requirement.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (e.g., PHP, Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, MySQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and quick to adapt to new technologies.
