Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centric features.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, ensuring maintainability and performance.
- Participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security across various devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance our development processes and product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to design and interact with RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
