- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers while maintaining high-quality standards
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven UX improvements
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and responsive CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap)
- Strong understanding of web security principles (OWASP Top 10) and SEO best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
