- Design and architect scalable, high-performance backend microservices using Python and Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Deploy robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement architectural improvements to scale systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, along with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
