Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, accessible web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Optimize frontend performance, ensuring sub-2-second load times and 95+ Lighthouse scores
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (AWS, Stripe, Google Analytics)
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical documentation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for seamless deployments
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimization to improve conversion rates
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and advocate for best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with React/Node.js
- Expertise in responsive design, CSS-in-JS (styled-components), and modern ES6+ JavaScript
- Strong understanding of web security principles, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Portfolio demonstrating complex, high-traffic web applications with measurable impact
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflow tools
