Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative visual merchandising plans that align with the company's brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and supervise visual merchandising staff to ensure high execution standards across all locations.
- Conduct regular store visits and visual audits to maintain consistency and inspire store teams.
- Analyze sales performance and customer traffic patterns to optimize floor layouts and product placement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative departments to develop cohesive in-store and window display concepts.
- Source and select fixtures, props, and signage that enhance the customer shopping journey.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, fashion forecasts, and competitor activities to keep our displays fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail management, or a related creative field.
- Proven track record of increasing sales through creative display strategies and team leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, color theory, and spatial arrangement skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Relevant degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
