The Role:
As the Senior Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the aesthetic excellence of our flagship location. Your creativity will directly impact our conversion rates and brand equity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement seasonal visual merchandising plans aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of window displays and in-store fixtures.
- Train and mentor floor staff on visual standards and product presentation techniques.
- Analyze sales data and foot traffic patterns to optimize store layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive on-brand campaigns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within visual displays and back-stock areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and in-store design tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangement, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different store locations.
