Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process, from concept development and pre-production planning to filming and post-production delivery.
- Direct and coach creative talent, including videographers, editors, and sound engineers, ensuring a cohesive creative vision.
- Manage budgets and timelines efficiently, negotiating rates with vendors and freelancers to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative strategy teams to align video content with broader business goals.
- Review and approve final edits, color grading, and sound design to ensure technical and aesthetic excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and narrative work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (After Effects).
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
