Responsibilities
- Develop integrated media strategies blending traditional and digital channels
- Lead creative direction for multi-platform campaigns (social, print, video, experiential)
- Collaborate with art directors to produce visually compelling content
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, videographers, and copywriters
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize content strategy
- Present creative concepts to C-suite clients and stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging media trends and technologies
- Mentor junior creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years experience in creative media production or art direction
