Responsibilities
- Lead Production: Direct and manage video production shoots, including location scouting, casting, and on-set supervision to ensure high-quality execution.
- Post-Production Oversight: Oversee the editing, color grading, and sound design processes to deliver polished final assets that meet industry standards.
- Project Management: Create and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent projects.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling concepts and storyboards that align with brand strategy.
- Client Relations: Present final deliverables to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine the final product.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing commercial work, motion graphics, and storytelling abilities.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage freelancers or vendors effectively.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
