What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with producers and directors to understand project goals and creative vision.
- Edit raw footage into a cohesive narrative, ensuring pacing, tone, and style align with the client's brand guidelines.
- Apply advanced color grading and sound design techniques using industry-standard software.
- Create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our output.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional video editing experience in a professional environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of color correction and grading workflows (e.g., DaVinci Resolve).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including commercials, social media content, and long-form videos.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback positively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
