Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire video production lifecycle, from concept development and scriptwriting to final delivery and distribution.
- Direct and manage on-set production, including directing talent, setting up lighting, and ensuring high-quality audio and video capture.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Maintain a detailed production schedule and manage budgets effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stay abreast of emerging video trends, technologies, and storytelling techniques to continuously improve production quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in video production, editing, or a related creative field.
- Mastery of non-linear editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including commercials, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative visions to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
