You will lead projects from conceptualization through post-production, collaborating with directors, art teams, and clients to deliver industry-leading visual content.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production workflows, from pre-production planning to final color grading.
- Direct on-set production teams, ensuring high-quality cinematography and audio capture.
- Execute complex video editing, motion graphics, and sound design in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage project timelines and assets to ensure on-time delivery for high-stakes client campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate brand goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, equipment, and editing techniques.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a high-performance creative culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end commercial or agency video production.
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography, visual storytelling, and pacing.
- Deep understanding of camera systems (RED, Arri, Blackmagic) and professional lighting setups.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Film, Digital Media, or a related creative field.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues during production and post-production phases.
