Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process, from initial creative ideation to final delivery.
- Direct on-set shoots, ensuring all technical and creative benchmarks are met consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to align video content with brand strategy.
- Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines for multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to maintain high quality-control standards.
- Develop innovative video formats for social media, broadcast, and long-form digital platforms.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production or creative direction.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual aesthetic.
- Ability to manage complex logistics and solve problems under tight production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of current video trends and platform-specific performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead creative briefings and client meetings.
- Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
