Responsibilities
- Direct and produce high-quality video content, including commercials, social media clips, and branded documentaries.
- Manage the full production lifecycle: pre-production (storyboarding, budgeting), production (on-set directing), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design).
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Collaborate with creative directors and clients to translate feedback into actionable edits and creative revisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current trends in digital video, social media formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube), and motion graphics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of commercial and narrative work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
