Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video production from concept development to final delivery.
- Manage shoot logistics, including casting, location scouting, and equipment procurement.
- Direct crews on-set to ensure high-quality footage and creative alignment.
- Collaborate with the post-production team to oversee editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure all deliverables meet strict deadlines.
- Develop innovative video strategies that increase audience engagement for our enterprise clients.
- Maintain high production standards and oversee quality control across all internal and external projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or studio setting.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial, documentary, or high-end social content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects with tight turnaround times.
- Strong knowledge of modern cinematography techniques, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior editors and production assistants.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
