Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle from conceptualization and storyboarding to final delivery.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and talent logistics for high-stakes client projects.
- Direct on-set shoots, ensuring the creative vision aligns with client brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with post-production teams to refine cuts, color grading, and sound design.
- Identify emerging visual trends to ensure all content remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Mentor junior videographers and editors to maintain high standards of quality control.
- Lead client presentations and pitches to secure new business and project expansions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production or creative direction.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and high production value.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead creative workshops and client meetings.
- Deep understanding of visual language, composition, lighting, and sound design.
- Experience directing professional crews and talent in a fast-paced studio or field environment.
